You're being awfully charitable, and for that I commend you. In my work as a teacher, I sponsor a GSA for 8th and 9th-graders. This is a man who has directly or indirectly caused a lot of people a lot of pain. I have students who parents berate them and call them sinners and fags because of their orientation. It will be interesting to see if Dobson can "turn" him straight; either way, unless he accepts himself as he truly is, his life will continue to be miserable. I feel sorry for his wife, too.
